local gourmet mini/produce bar. Try the Bundaleer Olive Oil, Tuckeroo Bush Tomato Balsamic & Tuckeroo Saltbush
Dukkah, or perhaps Goats Chesse, Tuckeroo Lemon Myrtle Chilii Sauce on Crackers. Magnificent!
Stock Yard BBQ Area
Guests have use of the "Stock Yard" BBQ area complete with a 1930's outback windmill. Imagine our
'Outback Selection Chops' flavoured with fresh herbs from our herb garden.
The "Stock Yard" BBQ area will is also be used for functions to show case our own "Outback
Selection" range of produce.
Local landscaping
Our Arid Land landscaping ismade up of
native plants that can be found within 150km of the property, including the iconic 'Sturts Desert Pea' .
The main block is aligned North-South & the
schemes are in order as the landscape’s are encountered. Blue reflects the gulf waters. Green reflects the
Mangroves. Light tan reflects our Salt Lakes. Red reflects the Flinders Ranges.
Eco Focus
- A major focus on water conservation, catchment, storage & reuse has been placed. Collected rain
water from roofs is used for toilets plus waterless urinals will be installed to further lessen water usage. Storm
water from the car park will be collected & used to water the arid garden utilising the latest in pollutant
traps to remove debris & oils. Native local arid land plants will be utilised in the landscaping further
reducing water use & local recycled historic artefacts will be incorporated into the
landscaping.
All Apartments electrical supply is from accredited renewable energy sources.
A BBQ area is also planned where guests can purchase
local produce including our exclusive range of local meats to cook.
A range of packages combining cruises, 4WD tours
& accommodation will also be available for those seeking the ultimate experience.
